We take great care in packaging our household items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged:
Please take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the photos.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as the carrier may need to inspect them.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
